Cancellation Policy

24 Hour Cancellation Policy: If you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled time or do not show up for your appointment without calling, you hurt the lash artist's ability to earn commission and fill that time slot with another client. If you cancel less then 24 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 30% of the scheduled service(s) and will be required to leave a 50% deposit before scheduling any future appointments. All deposits will be credited to your services in full, your deposit is refundable up to 24 hours prior to your appointment. No call/No show appointments will be charged 100% of the service. All clients will be required to leave a credit card on file.
